A Study on Online EFL Instructors’ Teaching Satisfaction during Pandemic

In 2020, institutions had to shift online education because of the health issues raised globally. Since is a complex process, needs and expectations instructors also show differences. However, number studies focused on English language instructors’ job satisfaction limited. Therefore, this study aims find out related gender, years teaching experience highest educational degree (bachelor, master’s, doctorate) variables. The sample consists 218 participants who were selected according purposive sampling. This has quantitative research design. Accordingly, “The Online Instructor Satisfaction Measure-OISM” developed by Bolliger et al. (2014) was used collect data. Additionally, factor analysis, internal consistency reliability normality tests, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA tests conducted for data analysis. findings revealed that mean level 89.04. Besides, there some differences gender in subscale level.
